Q: Can I purchase back issues of PlayStation: The Official Magazine?

A: Back issues of PlayStation: The Official Magazine are available for purchase at the standard cover rate (Canadian Orders, prepaid in US funds, GST included) while supplies last. For purchases using a credit card please call 1-800-865-7240.  For mail-in orders, please indicate which particular issue you would like to purchase (keeping in mind that our inventory only goes back 1-year) and include a check or money order made payable to:

Q: How can I contact PlayStation: The Official Magazine about my subscription?

A: If your question is not answered here or if you need to contact us for any reason, please include in your inquiry your name and address exactly as it appears on your magazine label or invoice, and send it to:

Q: When will my subscription begin?

A: As a general rule, you'll receive your first copy within four to eight weeks of submitting your order. Once you've placed an order, it takes up to a week for your subscription to be received and added to the subscriber database. Your subscription is then scheduled for our next production cycle which could be up to four weeks away, and then shipped via periodicals or standard mail. Delivery time for these classes of mail can vary greatly, running from two days to two weeks. For example, if your monthly subscription was ordered and received by us in November, and the December issue has already shipped, your order may be added to the January issue, shipped in early December and received in late December. Delivery times for magazines that publish less frequently will generally be longer due to longer production cycles.

If you have not received your subscription within the expected time frame, please contact customer service at playstationcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com. Your subscription starts when you receive your first issue—not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.

Q: How can I pay for my magazine subscription?

Q: When does my subscription expire?

A: Please check your mailing label to find your subscription expiration date. Here’s an example:

Q: I will be moving soon; when should I write to inform you?

A: Please contact us six weeks before your move with your new address in order to avoid missing an issue. If the USPS alerts us that your magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address by you within two years. You can submit a change of address by logging into your account online or by emailing customer service at playstationcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com.

Q: I have an editorial comment or question. Is there an email address I can use specially for this?

A: Sure. You can submit your questions or comments to the editors by sending them an email to PTOM_letters@futureus.com.

NOTICE: All customer service questions, such as inquiries about lost or missing issues, change of address, cancellations, defective discs, or anything not directly related to the editorial content of the magazine MUST be sent to playstationcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com.
